These Terms of Service govern your use of the GreenTouch website at greentouch-solutions.ir (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

GreenTouch is a cleantech research and development team based at the University of Science and Technology of Mazandaran, Iran. The Site presents research outputs relating to our two systems, GEST and Sabzpoost.

GEST and Sabzpoost, including their system architectures, models, materials formulations, measurement methods, names, and all associated text, figures, diagrams, and three-dimensional visualizations on this Site, are the intellectual property of GreenTouch and its members.

No license to any patent, trademark, trade secret, or copyright is granted by your use of the Site. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted below.

Read it, cite it, reference it in your own academic or evaluation work. Attribute it to GreenTouch and represent the figures and their context accurately.

What you may not do without our prior written consent: scrape the Site, mirror it, bulk-download it, or use its content to train a machine-learning system.

Every performance figure on this Site, forecast accuracy, energy and emissions reductions, pollutant-degradation rates, comes from research and pilot measurement of systems still in active development. Each describes the specific conditions it was tested under. None of them is a guarantee of what you will see in a different building, climate, or configuration.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GreenTouch and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site links to third-party services, including our LinkedIn page and email addresses. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and these terms do not govern your use of them.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the competent courts of Iran.
